box won't start whilst programmed to record.

can somebody help? my box continues to crash whilst there is a program set to record. I had to turn the box off completely today whilst I moved it to another location. when I turned it on, which happened to be when a program was set to record, the thing just kept crashing and restarting until the program that was set to record had finished. has anybody else had this problem

i'm on the latest build and have loads of space on the hdd.

Ideally we need any and all logs you have from these times also which exact image as latest image really means nothing, we need the build number.
