multi boot

guys, can someone please explain what multi boot means, does the box have to support it, or is this something that can be installed in a box, just a bit confused as to the word multi boot, Thanks !!

multi boot is like dual boot when talking boot computers (having 2 windows or windows/linux at the same time and you choose each time you start your computer which one you want to use).
