Screen settings on channel guide

Can anyone tell me how to change the settings so I can see what channel I am selecting on the Guide? It is missing off some of the letters so i'm not always sure which channel I am choosing until I have selected it. :confused:

sounds like a typical overscan issue, have a read of this it may help.

Had a read but am totally confused. I am a complete novice and haven't got a clue.

On your tv menu try to settings like screen fit, 16:9 or indeed overscan. If you toggle the correct one VIX EPG and all menus will fit your screen correctly.

If you can't find those settings post again as it can be adjusted in VIX (but better on your TV)

if the menu looks out of place ie portions cut off on the left hand side, your tv will have a feature known as overscan turned on, this is best turned off but its not always possible on all tv's. you can also use the OSD positioning app but i would only use that method if you cant disable overscan on the tv it self.

to position the osd go to Menu> setup> system> user interface> position setup.
