Hey everyone.
I have a question that i have spent ages trying to solve and come up with nothing.
I have a German partner who, although her English is excellent (and a lot better than my German!!!), wishes to have subtitles on movies/programs.
Many of the things we watch DO have subtitles but there are some that don't.
Therefore please can someone advise how i can download subtitles to use with films, programs etc where there aren't any.
In a perfect world she would prefer German subtitles but English would be ok; especially bearing in mind that some of the films we watch are off German channels and they dub EVERYTHING, so subtitles are a rarity!!
Also if someone could also give a brief explanation of what the recorded items comprise (especially the subtitle element) that would be greatly appreciated; i FTP'd to the directory listing and found several different file extensions.
I did try to download subtitles from various other sites, renamed them to match the title of the film and then uploaded them to the STB but nothing happened; so any help would be greatly appreciated!
I am using an ET9200 with the 690 build.
Thanks in advance.
Neil
