I updated my own 2T earlier this afternoon just fine. You could try a reflash then restore from the backup your box made as part of the update process.

Yes you do.

yes but as part of the online update the box by default creates a settings backup that you can restore during the first install wizard.

Take it one step at a time and calm your self down, I have flashed my own 2T several hundreds of times and never had a issue yet.

Turn it off by the mains and leave it off for a few minutes, download the latest image from www.openvix.co.uk and go from there.

Any of those on the openvix site in the 2T section should work ( preferably the latest version ).

I have read that flashing a different image, then flashing VIX again, has worked.

You have tried other things so!!!!!

I may be way off the mark though.......

And some USB sticks are not taken kindly by receivers so you could try a different one.

are you getting the on screen TV & VFD message asking you if you want to update when you boot up with the USB stick with image on it in?

Try the following.

Reflash and leave usb stick in at reboot. Ignore the prompt to press ok.
