Best way is to try yourself. But many items that are in EMC are in ViX by default for ages.

Make sure to make a backup before exercising!

Love VIX, streets ahead of any other image but I do miss the covers showing in the media player for movies and the ability to download them from IMDB, like you have in EMC. It is an extra i'm willing to live without though.

You did try the plugin 'moviebrowser ' (available via the feeds)?

I have, but it doesn't seem to load properly for me, just spins after i have updated movie folder for a long time, and when it does load, it lags between scrolling movies and not all the covers show. I made sure the cache is on hdd as well.

Im probably doing something wrong, although EMC was simple. The default media player on Vix is almost like EMC but without the covers. Like I said, it is an extra i'm willing to live without as everything about VIX is perfect and I don't experience half as many problems as I did with BH.

hello emc crashes when i press epg button on remote , why. can i do someting about it , like openatv block that button only in emc
