Search and scan bar

Sky call it the search and scan bar, I used to be able to access it using right arrow key on vix.
Something still exists now but I want to know how to use it, in particular, how do I bring up the program description?
Same question with the current program, how can I easily bring up the program description?

Hit the ok button twice mate, works for me

I used to be able to do that, however when I press ok first time the bar appears, hitting it a second time closes the bar :(

Hi,
you have to set a timeout for the second infobar then the second OK press will bring up a description of now/next.

Enable the second infobar. Menu-setup-system-user interface
