transcoding glitchy on build 685

Hi all. Is anyone else having trouble with transcoding on build 685?
Trying to stream channels on my network and over 3g is freezing and glitchy on all channels, including fta.
Anyone else having this problem?

Edit: seems to be sorted now. Switched the receiver on and the record light was flashing even though nothing was recording.
Maybe that caused it to glitch?

streaming is handled like a recording so flashing red light is normal.
