vuduo remote , change channel

Hello everyone im new with vuo+duo image 5,3 and have a question.

on the remote there is a channel + - up and down and thats not working for me its open up my favorite channel and there i can change channel but i dont want to se my favorites , just change channel.
i have about 40 channels in my favorites , cant i hide it .
anyone thata can help me

Use cursor right for channel up and cursor left for channel down

my favorite list pops up all the time.

Correct, but LEFT and RIGHT, not up & down...
