I think I saw on a thread somewhere that you can stream from the 2T onto an iPad or iPhone, was wondering if this is only within your network or whether it can be configured for remote access?

Figured out how to stream within my network onto a laptop at the weekend which is pretty cool, saves any fights over the remote with the misses :)

My iPad tries to load a stream in the same manner but it didn't play, was wondering if there is a specific application required to do so?

"Blackbox for Dreambox, Vu+, Coolstream and More" (streaming at home) Works well with TM-2T Available in the App Store (or elsewhere if jailbroken)

Enigma TV (http://www.enigma-tv.com/) is an interface working on a PC that enables you to stream to your TM-2T over the Internet. (You need to leave your pc on at home to allow this to work) This works well, but you have to buy licence!

if you would like to stream from outside your network you will need a DNS account no-ip.org lets you have free ones. there is a guide on how to do it in the vix section.
