vix logo spinning

hi guys I installed a newer version of vix and all was ok till I rebooted the all I got was the vix spinning logo in the corner ???

I would guess it`s not installed properly m8, just go back in to re-install the image again, and see if it works this time round....

ok I will give it a try, it seemed to have installed ok as I was able to install sgt flipflop setting and auto resolution ect the last thing I done was transfer my channel setting over from dreambox edit, so it was all working till I then done a reboot then got the vix spinning logo

Hi mate

Would suggest stag install plugins etc and check by rebooting at every stage seems one of your updates is stopping the receiver from working, just a quick check when you installed your settings did u make sure the correct bird was selected that your dish is pointing at? if not it can look like your receiver is locked up but simply just cant the last known setting.
