Can't get no list of downloadeble plugins

Hello, have just installed the vix team image. I want to download a channel list from the application menu. But al i get is what is shown in de picture. (Follow the link)

I have a working internet connection, softcam works!

Do i need to change a setting?

My top 3 options read :

Next 2 options can be whatever you want..

Press green to save.. and restart GUI..

Then try plugins again..

After restarting GUI, the update starts?
How long can it take?

The display of my vu+ duo is only showing 'vu+ duo' al the time. And sometime the vix icon is flashing in the upper left corner. Not match else is happening.
