Can you connect with a dedicated ftp client such as filezilla or any others?

You will need to set password before you can use DCC.
Telnet "passwd" command.

Newtwork Setup
Network Test All Pass apart from Nameserver : Unconfirmed ( if I edit it what ip should I put in there) my VuDuo or My Router ip) Also What dose this Nameserver do?? dose it have any impact working with filezilla or DCC? as I cant connect to either

For sake of simplicity, leave your IP settings as DHCP.
All you have to do then is make sure IP address and password match in the ftp/telnet applications you use. As mentioned before, DCC requires a password.

Just noticed what image you are on. There was an issue a long time ago where people had to flash image without restores. Using a backup broke ftp. Can't be certain that it was round your current build, but in any case the image you are using is very old.
