Bad pic but basically it has 5 metal wires coming from it one connected to sly dish, one connected to another sly dish, one running down the house, one connected to nabbers house, and one connected to a garage in the garden??

It's a Yagi for ham radio and the other smaller aerial is probably for a scanner

(Edit) - just googled them pretty cool pice of equipment can be used to share wifi over long distance.

looks like a 6m beam with rotator hard to tell not sure why it would have connections to a dish ? as it would only have coax to transmitter set up and a multi core cable to the rotator control box. the steel wires id have thought would be guide ropes they may be just anchored near the dish hence looking like it connected to it:)

Yea had a closer look yesturday the wires seem to be connected to the bolts on the dish brackets.

Never really seen anything like this round my parts pretty cool.

Try a visit to your local Radio Ham club they may have an array of yagi type antenne being used to talk local and all round the world ,plus they may have a tv transminng group or do satellite ie talk to other hams via satellites as they come into there area . these sats orbit the earth not like tv sats
