New Quad tuners

Received my new tuner today and inserted into my Quad on tuner "c" connected cables and rebooted machine (vix 680)no sign of tuner "c".So i upgraded to 683 and rebooted but still no "c" any advice please.

Check to make sure the tuner is properly seated in place also check to see if it works in the other slot ( not sure on this one as i dont have a Gigablue ).
