How to change resolution on twin

Hi, twin oe was working on led tv. Moved led to quad and put LCD tv on twin.
Problem now I box boots but no picture, could the picture be set to high or do I need to adjust the OSd etc. is there anyway other than a reflash that I can change display settings.

Can you not just plug it in to your old tv and then change the resolution to a lower setting and then put it back on to your new tv?

Or temporarily use any other connection (scart/CVBS/Component).
