I am helping a neighbour setup his VU+ box, I am not too familiar with them as I have a Dreambox.
The problem we are having is this.
He has 2 Quattro lnb's on Astra 19 and Hotbird 13 going to a switch which distributes to 8 points in the house.
Now we are unable to find any channels when we use the tuner, however if we plug his old non hd Dreambox the system works fine, it also works ok if we plug it directly to his Somy tv with in built tuner.
I am guessing its a setup issue but we just can't solve it, currently it's in simple mode with Disecq A/B.
Could someone please let me know if there are any specific rules for a setup like this.
