Synopsis / Programme Info not working

Hoping I can get some help.

I'm using CrossEPG on Vix 3.0 and I am not getting any programme info / synopsis on the EPG.

Can anyone give me some clues on how to sort this please?

It'd be helpful if you mention exactly what build of Vix you are on (menu>information>about), what satellite(s) you are pointing at and what providers you are downloading from .

Fair enough mate. I'm on build 679, Kernel 3.1.1, I'm pointing at 28.2e, using Sky UK OpenTV.

what happens when you force a crossepg download from blue button

Downloads as per normal, but then epg remains the same - all the times are listed correctly, but no programme info still.

I flashed the box with the latest vix image a few days ago, and ive had issues since. Another issue is my CCam keeps turning itself off.

so where are you storing the EPG ?.

I've tried the HDD and USB, both with the same results

Try deleting the old epg data and downloading fresh

Did that as well.

I ended up re-flashing the box and all seems ok now.
