when i put latest enimag 2 channel lists ftp to my box is the satelites xml file also updated ?

if not where does the xml satelite file go ?

i can download latest and ftp to correct place .

Not sure about this box as I have not used one but on real E2 boxes the bouquet packs always contain a satellites.xml file that overwrites the previous one when you load the bouquets to your receiver.
