Can u help should my dm500s work without being connected to the Internet, I expected to receive free to air channels but nothing. Green standby light is on permanently also could this be due to no Internet connection. Thanks for any help.

The receiver does not require a Internet connection to function or receive FTA channels.

you just need to make sure that your connections are O.K. and then go to services scan in your menu and search for channels
