No it wont, it being locked is a bit of a clue

I'm pretty sure my old tesco locked 3GS phone worked with O2 sim before I got it unlocked. Not really answering your question, I know, but it might give you some confidence.

Yes it will my iphone 4 is locked to O2 and i have a tesco sim working in it now.. Also Gif Gaf will work

o2 and tesco are the same, sim will work fine

I'm using a T-Mobile phone with a Virgin sim now.
