venton faulty B turner??

ok i think turner B is faulty as ive know got my main dish dish connected to B turner only. set my to select B only.A is not connected in anyway.ive full scanned on B turner and only picks up a handfull of channels? so i set it to A now. picks the lot up?any help please.B is set to simple same as A many thanks

if they are pluggable tuners, swap them around to rule out the tuner is at fault.
