View Full Version : CrossEPG Downloader - Green Screen

I have VIX 1.1 installed with the latest updates.
The EPG has stopped downloading the latest EPG data. I have until next Saturday for the most stations, but some are for a full week eg BBC's and ITV's.

When I press the blue button and click on CrossEPG Downloader, I get a green screen and the Vu+ Duo.
When I press Menu and select Plugins and select CrossEPG Downloader, I get the green screen also.

I have looked for a place to update or uninstall CrossEPG, but I can find where to do this.
I tried in Menu / Plugins / Download Plugins and Menu / Software Management / Manage Extensions but I could find it anywhere.

Do I have to delete some files over ftp? Or is there something else fix this?

Where can I find the "CrossEPG menu"?

Like I was says in my first post, I get a green screen when I click on the blue button and select CrossEPG Downloader. Is there some other way to reset the settings, by ftp or other?

can u pls upload the crash file so we can try and find what causes it.

Try menu/setup/VIX/CrossEPG then select the epg you want

Thanks for that 2bagstew, that worked a treat. I didn't think of looking in the VIX menu.
