This should be an easy one!

How do I get this menu up on the screen? 26178

Our dog run across my lap and somehow brought this up on screen. I've tried countless images over the years but have never come across an epg like the one in the photo.

It is called Single EPG. Once in Single EPG, you can press a channel number and see what is on the channel number you pressed without changing channel.

Nope, it's called 'InfoBar-EPG'.

On 'Guide'-long (or 'Info'-long, depending on the box) you can see the several ways EPG can be presented.
And set one as default.
