help with remote access

hi guys,

i want to be able to remotely access my vu+duo

i have been following this tut which is on this forum. http://www.vuplus-support.co.uk/showthread.php?656-Remote-Access-Remotely-access-your-reciever

problem is, ive got to the part which says how to setup the router with the virtual server but its says use the settings below, but there are no settings and i dont know what info i need to putin the boxes

can anyone help me out please. i would be very greatful

heres some more info guys to help you out

my service name is xxxxxxxxx.dyndns-blog.com but this will not fit in the service name box, also my current location IP address is xx.xx.xxx.xx as said by dydns when i signed up. when i put this in the IP address box, it tells me its not a vaild IP address
