unable to mount hard drive

hi i bought a new tm twin oe from world of sat with vix installed and a 500gb hard drive but it wont initialise or mount and it also crashes can anyone help cheers

i had put tspanel on it could this be causing the problem ?

Tspanel is known to cause issues. Best to reflash.

Are you sure HDD was not mounted already? Blue button > Vix > Mount Manager

think i have sorted it now reflashed image, crossepg can see it now , think it might have been tspanel it just crashed when i went to mount or unmount

TS-panel is famous for causing mount problems.
And for not being able to uninstall as well: a flash is required to 'uninstall' the plugin.
