How do I mount a folder on my PC that I can seein the "Media Player"

Hi guys,
I tried to search but could not find the answer.

I am sharing a "downloads" folder on my Windows 7.

It is being shared on the network, and my WDTV Live can see it.

My question is how can I get that folder to see in the "Media Player".

Any easy guide which I can follow?
