VU DUO randomly freezing

Iv got a VU DUO but now and again the image just freezes.
Im running my own card in it with the box key.
I dont know why its doing it. can be watching a movie then freeze for 10 seconds then could be ok for a hour or so

Any advice would be great.

From internal HDD?

we would ideally need some more info from you before we could even attempt to come up with a idea as to whats wrong.

for instance what image ( the exact build ) are you using and what if any plugins do you have installed, etc etc etc.
