after the installation of an internal HDD 500 GB sata,
the booting time is up 3 to 5 minutes.
Is that Normal?

I have a 1tb HDD installed and boot time is 24 seconds to Vix image and 40 seconds to decoded TV picture

I think Linux is doing a file check on the HDD every time. If you want to be sure about this you would need to make a doot-log (RS232 during the complete boot process). This can have a number of reasons.
Best solution is to have the HDD initialised by the box to fix any problems, and to clear the journal.

ok.
when i make a format with the receiver i take errors.
Maybe the problem is with the HDD.Its an old disk with a lot of files that are formatted.
I m gonna make a low level format and i m gonna try again.
