Hi all,

I have updated to latest build (665) from openvix.co.uk.

Sky Movies recorded content seems to have a bit of a stuttering/picture breaking problem for some reason (some recordings, not all). I find this very strange. Any ideas?

Thanks very much for your continued assistance!

What cam are you using to decode your local card?

cccam 2.2.1.0 is the .ipk file I am using, if that's what you mean?

have you a subscription card in the box?
also, we have gone well off topic from the OP, please create a new thread in future if the issue isn't related.

Yes. I've just updated to cccam 2.3.0 and am still getting the same problem. I can confirm this is only happening with Sky Movies channels only. Strange.

Recordings on sky sports HD, SKY1 HD, and other subscribed channels are just fine.

Also, some recordings are still being completed (and time shown on right side) but are completely blank! I only record after zapping to that channel first now after reading about the 'driver' problem.

so, you do have a local sky card with the full packace that you want to decrypt using this CCcam?
Have you enterned your boxkey correctly?, presume you have as you are getting sports correctly but are the sky movies also included on yur sub or someone elses?

Yes, that's right.

I have the full subscription. I am getting both correctly, its just the recorded sky movies stuff which is causing problems.

I upgraded to the latest 4d image and that has resolved the stuttering problem at the beginning of Sky movies recordings. The problem with recordings themselves failing still remains.

Thanks for nothing.

I'm sorry. I didn't mean it like that. It's just that these little problems annoy me a lot sometimes. Sorry again.

Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this? I've gone back to VIX from the 4d image (the latter was very buggy) using build 668 at the moment.

I still get the stutter at the beginning of Sky Movies recordings with VIX which I didn't get (strangely) with the 4D image.

I would be very grateful for any ideas/setting changes advice etc. Thanks.

ViX and 4D are currently using different drivers which may account for your issue.
