Tuner Problem

My Vu+ Duo won't let me change the tuner settings to anything other than 28.2E.

I have a dish facing 13E with a monoblock, so I can get 13E & 19.2E.



What do I need to do?

Try to ftp a set of bouquets with 13E and 19.2E already in them..

Then restart GUI.. and try and change tuner config again..

Still can't change the tuner settings to 13E or 19.2E. It says change tuner settings when I try to view sky italia etc channels.

You did send a new set of bouquets with 13 and 19.2 in them to your Duo.. ??

also.. Did you do a gui restart.. ??

Try a full reboot and then try to change..

That sorted the problem out.

Why could I not change the tuner settings with my old channel settings? :confused:
