My solo2 receives no channels in eurobird 9a . I tried with satfinder but my solo2 crashed . Please find here attached the crash log. Please help me to fix this problem.

What position is Eurobird 9a?
If at 9E: my Solo2 has no problem there.
What is your LNB setup for 9E?

Thank you for your reply. My setup is positionor and it automatically turns to 9 degree east .If you need more information , please let me know.

I can receive all kinds of channels on 9E. What does the satfinder tell you?

My satfinder only finds the predefined frequency and no other frequencies could be found by it . When I want to exit the satfinder , the crash begins !!!

Yep, catch 22, sorry......
As this is not a known problem, I would suggest to reflash the box with the 665-build.

I have the similar problem in most directions and also most channels could not be tuned by my solo2 . Also in other channels I have not a clear picture and it seems to be a parasite ! Could it be related to weakness in my LNB or could it be problems by solo2 tuner ? Please note that my satfinder can not lock any signal and shows no beams . Also when I try to enter the positioner setup , the crash begins !
