trying to connect with ftp server wants a password running vix

i want to put in a new cline but my gb800se wont let me can you help please

Been a while since i worked at a Gigablue.. But try this..

When logging into you STB for the 1st time.. You do not need a password.. Just leave it blank

User : root
pass :


got to telnet tab in DCC

type : passwd

Enter your new password and press enter
Type new password again and press enter

If this does not work.. Try this :

User : root
Pass : gigablue
