Hi
Since purchase, I have noticed when playing anything recorded on the Internal 1TB hard drive, that maybe 3-4 times during a film the picture will break up or freeze for a few secs,(sound loss as well)
During normal viewing of live channels, occasionally i'll get a slight glitch for a split sec, but nothing to the extent with recorded media, had a Skybox 3, so tried that again , no issues, and even connected up my old Sky HD box, again all fine, basicly meaning the issue seems to be with the Vu Duo (which came fully configured)
H/D is a Hitachi 1TB, and reinstalled.
Any advice appreciated
