Hi Folks,
Looking for a bit of assistance please.

Please can anyone help me with this, I try to use ABM but it says "cant read data"

Why are you making a Word-file of your log? Please add the file as-is.

Also please describe your tuner configuration and ABM setup in detail that lead to this error message.

To be honest I dont know what is going wrong with this set up.
As Huevos states in his post below this is not an ABM issue, so how do I find this out????
I really appreciate the help from all concerned, I was thinking of wiping the reciever & starting again, but not sure about this operation either.

Please add a log as attachment: that way we can handle it.
It looks like your box has a memory problem (as I do: sign of my old age....).
I would flash the box and not do a restore.

tuner- all satellites ( i'm not sure if you asking tuner configuration - advanced - all satellites ) , dish pointed at 28.2 , not using diseq .
i have 24 Mb free space so it cant be memory .
here is crash log , ( it crashed just seconds ago when was trying again with ABM on 28.2
any chance someone to check my crash log and tell me what is wrong with my setup ?

There is a known problem atm with ABM when using a motorised dish.
Which providers do you have enabled?
i'm on 28.2 . one month ago with my old LNB i had no problem with ABM but i have changed my LNB and also got twin tuner for my UNO . after that ABM crash when i'm on 28.2 , but i have no problem with it on 13E . my dish is motorized but i'm not using diseq.

Only Sky UK? Then your best bet is to point the dish to 28.2E before starting ABM.
And do it during playback of a recording, then you're sure all tuners are free.

Remember: it's a work-around for the actual bug. We still hope to fix that of course, but it seems to be a nasty one.
