Any of you got the PCTV 290e USB DVB-T2 tuner working with your Duo?

Would help to put your problems in this thread...

I have this rubber working fine in Ultimo.

You need to select alternatives if you want to use the tuner c if tuner a or b are in use.

What drivers did you use to set it up? Should be the em28xx or something like that. Then, restart the box, then scan the channels (setup your tuner for correct location)

Had one working flawlessly on a SOLO2. Drivers are dvb-usb-28xx

Strangely, the USB Tuner wasn't happy being configured to my local transmitter mast.
But, by mistake, I did a scan while it was set on "Scandinavian" ...and it found every channel.
I can now record across all 3 tuners. Testing simultaneous recordings is fine.
Simply saved the channels on the end of my existing favourites folder.
(Saved and backed up everything)
No more crashes to date. ...famous last words
