Viasat hd channels???

i am unable to tune into any viasat hd channels on 4.8e
have tried various channel lists and settings but no joy
i am using latest vix image
any help much appreciated

Those channels are on the nordic beam - you would need to give more info such as dish size & location.

i have a 1.5m motorised dish and located in north west england
i used to recieve these channels til about a week ago!!!

Try doing a manual scan on 11385V DVB-S2 8PSK Symbol rate 30000 FEC 3/4

Just had a check here. Some HD channels I can connect to OK, like Viasat Film HD. But this is on Astra 4A. The footprint for this bird is:

However, most of the HD channels appear to be on SES-5, which has a much tighter footprint:

As said, they have changed the footprint of the satellite those channels are broadcast on...

I have had the same issue for the last couple of months and thought it was an issue my side (1 mtr Dish & Vu+ Solo 2). I cant get anything on manual scan of 11385V DVB-S2 8PSK Symbol rate 30000 FEC 3/4, even thought I had them before and there are several channels on this transponder.

Channel are greyed out with NA but what I find wierd is that it still pulls in the EPG for the programmes through the bouqets. But you just cannot access the channel as it says service unavailable :(

That means that your tunerconfig doesn't allow for the reception of this satellite.

anyway to ammend the config to get it, I had it before using the same config conditions
