How do i load boquets onto this box from my pc? Which software do i need to ftp into it?

Use an app like DreamBoxEdit, have a look in the settings editors section.

Or put vix on it and download the bouquets from the plug in menu

Or put vix onto it and run AUTOBOQUUETMAKER if your on SKY UK/Italy or Deutschland.
