Hi All,
Sky have been tempting me with offers and looking at various cashback deals, the base Sky TV package bundle is looking attractive. However having used Vix on my VU+ Duo clone and the various plugins i think id rather keep Vix.
Read all info on pairing the card with a 3rd party box. No issue (unless this anti 3rd party box process stops me). Lets assume its ok at day one.
Now my question. If i decided to add additional Sky channels, how does this work in a 3rd party box? Would the card update automatically in a VU+ Duo or does it need putting back in the original Sky box? Or is it a phone up manual process?
Still not decided whether to go Sky or stay on FreeSAT, but i'd rather not have Sky if it means losing the Vix enabled box (some would say im crazy!) :)
