whats the warranty of the TM-2

The standard uk warranty is 12 months by law, after that it is down to the discretion of the retailer.

The reference to "the law" is to the various Customer Protection Acts, which are something different from warranties.
They give you specific rights, and in addition you get whatever warranty the seller provides - which you'd have to check with them.
