open vix stuck at 100 %

hi had box running great last night , went to fit box at mates house but box loads to 100% on openvix homescreen and just hangs there would be great if anyone could help me on this

have you tried bringing up the menu or channel list

do I have to reflash box or is it something simple

thanks for reply remote doesn't respond but can get menu fron box buttons

Make sure the remote is in STB mode and not TV

then I would try a reflash

tried another remote and that worked it seems the remote is not responding with the box any help would be great
