Duo wont flash from usb

As the title says my duo refuses to flash new image from usb stick I have tryed 2 different sticks that have both been used in the past but just wont work.

are you sure you extracted the image correctly onto the usb stick? also, try another USB port/reformat the USB stick.

yes its all extracted right i even used the hp format tool to make sure and tried all 3 usb ports.

and make sure that no other usb sticks are inserted on your box

vuplus/duo/ then theirs 4 files that is right isent it ?

these are the four file names
imageversion
kernel_cfe_auto.bin
reboot.update
root_cfe_auto.jffs2

yeah, that looks right.
is it the only USB connected when trying to flash?

sorted loaded latest version which had five files the one that was missing was splash_cfe_auto.bin
