Fan Constantly On Running @ 3000 rpm

Hi,

I got one strange issue with a TM-TWIN , i have flashed multiple of them without any issues.

I have one unit on which even if i turn the fan speed totally down (FAN Does not stop) and is very loud @ 3k RPM.

I have even tried software update for VIX Image and there is no new build out.

I am currently running latest VIX Image.

I can seem to increase the speed from 3krpm to 5krpm, However i cannot seem to turn it off no matter what i do

Any ideas guys? Could it be hardware issue or something?

Okay, so i left it off, turned it on next morning.

Now if i reduce speed totally down on fan control it actually turns the fan off.

But slowest speed is still 2.7k rpm?

Any ideas guys?
