Build 653 : Dialog problems

Updated to 653 this weekend, just noticed when trying to assign a function or plugin to a key I am unable to.
The "Plugins and Functions" dialog is blank, no option.

I also tried to install a new plugin from the green button within plugins, and the same thing happens, empty dialogs.

I have tried multiple skins, in case I had broken anything on my modded skin, but so far, it is affecting the Vix skins too.

That's correct. As said:

we are aware of the the issue and is been looked into.
And nothing in our changelog indicates this has been fixed.........
