Hard disk initialisation problem

Getting this when trying to initialise the hard disk:

Initialising storage device...
Error: umount: can't forcibly unmount /media/hdd: Device or resource busy

Any idea guys?

Have you PTS enabled?
if so, disable it & try again...

Have disabled it and tried again but I'm still getting the same error...

did you restart E2 after disabling it? is the HDD being used for anything else?

Yes mate I did restart it. It's not being used for anything else. Do you think it's worth reflashing and then trying?

Hi, Did you get this sorted? I spent all yesterday trying to initialise mine. Try unmounting it from the vix mount manager.
