freezing problems

i have put the ecm file that shows the ecm times into my vu+ of someones post on here, now my pic keeps freezing, the only other thing i have changed latley is the drivers to the new ones that was alsoposted on here recently,now my question is if i reflash will them 2 new things i have changed be there still or willthey be overwriten, if they havent been overwritten how do i put the normal ones back in, because i am having big problems

for the future, whenever u copy new files, always keep a copy of the old ones (those to be replaced)
