i have loaded the openvix-3.0.643- on my stb i have left the default streaming port in open webif to :8081
but still not able to get anything working on VLC player.
i keep getting this error
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://192.168.0.4:8001/1:0:1:1389:5:1000:6180000:0:0:0:'. Check the log for details.
the log is empty in VLC so usless, i have alowed VLC access throgh the firewall, router etc. and still cannot get it to work.
is there a problem with webif or am i missing a dependency file.
