Manual scan

hi there,i've got a problem doing a manual scan on my vu+ duo. Basicaly,im trying to manually scan for a ppv movie channel which my server provider emailed me the channel details,ie channel frequency,symbol rate etc..
problem is that when i scan for the channels it says scan compleated but no channels found.I've got a blade box in another room and i can scan for the channels on that box but not on my vu. Any ideas?
