need help asap

hi i'm using vu solo2 and my firmware is openvix-3.0.540. i tried to update my software using software update option. after update i get a error. then i tried to flash using BH image but it's stack on UBFIS update on my vu solo2. i also tried Vix image same. please help

power the receiver down fully and remove the plug from the wall for at least 10 minuets, then try again.

Ok lets take it from the top and start again. Make sure to format your usb srick and that you have the correct file structure on the stick when you copy the image over.

Then try again.

file's are imageversion, initrd_cfe_auto, kernel_cfe_auto, reboot.updateroot_cfe_auto, splash_cfe_auto

AND STILL SAME TRIED ALL USB PORT AND TRIED BH, VIX, VTI, OFFICIAL ALL IMAGE AND STILL SAME.

Try using a different USB stick. Make sure you don't have any other USB devices connected at the same time. Also, disconnect any internal hdd and try again.

Dear Friend

Fortunately solo2 has the possibility of flash through rs232 cable. try using rs232 and hopefully you have your solo2 back to life ! My et-9000 died this way and nothing could be done to recover it !
