tuner failed then image will not reload

As title says ive just set up my new vu solo today i had everthing working ok the only thing i had not tried was moveing the dish but all was ok but when i put the box into standby and turn it on again all i get is tuner failed so i try to reboot and it just sits on loading page so all i can do is start from the beginning again this has happen again twice on the trot where am i going wrong.

Hi mate

Tuner failed means its not receiving the channel check that your on the right satellite your dish is pointing to in your settings then select the channel pref fta to make sure it sees the selection.
When the box is switched off it normally will revert back to last known channel so if you moved the dish away for 13east before you switched off the moved to 19e the receiver still thinks your @ 13e hence you get the tuner failed message and the logo screen
